About the author
I am a simple person discovering this field of judicial expertise. Coincidentally, but with passion, I started writing about this adventure, navigating towards unknown lands. I enjoy writing, putting my ideas in order, and seeking to perfect everything I do – as my beloved wife says, ‘you like to torment yourself.’ Yes, I like to torment myself; I am addicted to the adrenaline of the unknown, namely discovering my own limits.
Practicing in the real estate field for over 20 years, I conclude, day by day, how irrelevant the physical, material component of a real estate asset is, compared to the human, immaterial component, which ultimately gives value to any thing/relationship. For some, a diamond is just a stone …
Perhaps, in the philosophy of values, objectively viewed value is irrelevant. Value is given by ourselves, through the way we understand and perceive an asset, by the perspective we grant it. When you ask about value, you should ask what value YOU give to the asset (even a relationship), YOU as a unique person in this universe. Once you have answered this question, only the details remain! BUT, COULD IT BE SO?
