I personally work with working strategies – among their advance I can mention the clarification of objectives and their response, of identifying the weak points or related to determining and supporting with arguments the value of the appraised real estate property value.

Construction Witness Expert Reports

Regarding the assessment of constructions and provided that the objectives of the court by their wording allow for the assessment to be carried out in full compliance with the Valuation Standards of ANEVAR. In current practice, we can see cases where the courts request the exclusive assessment of the construction, without taking into consideration the value of the land itself.

Assessing the rights on the real estate property is an pleasant challenge, the more complex the assessment, the higher the professional satisfaction.
